Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kxk8 ("kxk8", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the kxk8 website located at kxk8.app, including all associated services, features, content, game offerings, payment services, and customer support functions accessible through the platform.

By completing the kxk8 registration process, by clicking any "I agree" confirmation checkbox during onboarding, or by simply continuing to use the kxk8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the kxk8 platform and close your account if one has been created.

kxk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, kxk8 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or via the email address registered to your kxk8 account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Effective Date" notice above will be updated each time a new version is published.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the kxk8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. kxk8 is an 18+ only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotion offered by kxk8 under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not eligible to use kxk8.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered kxk8 account. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through the use of another person's identity — is strictly prohibited.
• Own identity: You must register using your own genuine identity. Registration using false, borrowed, or fabricated personal information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from kxk8 or from any other gambling platform and that self-exclusion period remains active, you are not eligible to register or use kxk8 during that period.

kxk8 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. If you believe that a minor has accessed or is attempting to access the kxk8 platform, please contact the kxk8 support team immediately at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are advised to make use of parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on shared devices used by minors.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of kxk8 services — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and withdrawals — you must complete the kxk8 registration process and hold a verified account in good standing. The following rules apply to all kxk8 accounts:

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number associated with your preferred Bangladesh payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kxk8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. kxk8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you become aware or suspect that your kxk8 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kxk8 support immediately. Prompt notification enables kxk8 to suspend your account and investigate the incident.
• KYC verification: kxk8 may require you to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process is mandatory before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed, and may be required at any time at kxk8's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your account details if any registered information changes — particularly your mobile number or bank account details linked to your payment methods. Outdated payment details may result in withdrawal delays that kxk8 cannot be held responsible for.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kxk8 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kxk8 does not apply platform-side currency conversion fees to any deposit or withdrawal. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals made through the kxk8 platform:

The processing times listed above represent kxk8's standard operational commitment. In exceptional circumstances — such as technical outages at the payment provider's end, regulatory holds, or security reviews triggered by unusual account activity — processing times may be extended. kxk8 will notify affected players via their registered contact details where a significant delay is anticipated.

• Funds must be your own: You may only deposit funds that are legitimately your own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or depositing funds derived from fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, full balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.
• Withdrawal to same method: For anti-money-laundering compliance, kxk8 requires that withdrawals be processed back to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where operationally possible. You may be required to submit supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Pending bonus wagering: Withdrawals requested while an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement is attached to your account may be subject to bonus forfeiture or a hold pending wagering completion. Full bonus terms are available in the Bonuses & Promotions section below and within your kxk8 account portal.
• Zero platform fees: kxk8 does not charge platform-side fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges; kxk8 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party provider charges.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

kxk8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events and cultural dates. The following general terms apply to all kxk8 bonuses and promotions:

• One bonus per offer per player: Each bonus offer is available to one account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements: Most kxk8 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be completed in real-money play before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms, which form part of and are subject to these Terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each game category are set out in the individual bonus offer terms and may be updated periodically.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins have an expiry period, which is stated in the individual bonus offer. Bonus funds and winnings generated from free spins that have not been used within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse prevention: kxk8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus if kxk8 determines — acting reasonably and on the basis of available evidence — that the bonus has been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent, or collusive manner. This includes but is not limited to the use of betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Maximum bet under bonus: While a bonus is active on your kxk8 account, a maximum single-bet limit of ৳500 (or as specified in the relevant bonus offer) applies. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered kxk8 player, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, lawful online gaming and sports betting entertainment. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the kxk8 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and cheating: Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, exploit, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or over other players in multiplayer games.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, match, or betting market. This includes chip dumping in poker, match fixing in sports betting, or any other form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Money laundering: Using the kxk8 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. kxk8 has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and takes this obligation seriously.
• Account sharing or transfer: Allowing another person to access, use, or operate your kxk8 account on your behalf, or transferring your account to another person. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider after a deposit has been credited to your kxk8 account and used for betting. Chargebacks initiated fraudulently constitute theft and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Harmful technical interference: Attempting to access, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the kxk8 platform's servers, databases, source code, or any other technical infrastructure.

kxk8 reserves the right to monitor account activity, game history, and transaction patterns for the purpose of detecting prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, kxk8 will act promptly, which may include immediate account suspension, detailed investigation, balance holds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the kxk8 platform — including but not limited to the kxk8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of kxk8 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kxk8 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any kxk8 content without prior written permission from kxk8.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any kxk8 software or game content.
• Use the kxk8 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation from kxk8.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically download data from the kxk8 platform using automated tools, crawlers, or any other means.

Any unauthorised use of kxk8 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by kxk8 and its licensors.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

kxk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from kxk8.
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 above.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under the kxk8 Responsible Gaming framework.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires kxk8 to restrict access to its services for specific accounts or categories of player.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kxk8 will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Account balances associated with a suspended account will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited in full.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their kxk8 account — for any reason including responsible gaming concerns — may do so at any time by contacting kxk8 support. Where a closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, kxk8 will process the request as a matter of priority. Any remaining balance at the time of a voluntary closure request (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and kxk8 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. kxk8's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
